Alex Waddell was born and raised in Clancy, MT.
He has been hard working since he was a child owning his own lawn mowing business at the age of 12. An entrepreneur with big dreams is one way to describe him. He has worked hard to gain knowledge and experiences that make him very marketable as a real estate agent.
He has 15 years of construction background and is a licensed journeyman pipefitter by trade. He has worked in various capacities of the construction field including fire suppression system installation, maintenance and inspections from large scale commercial buildings to single and multi family residential applications. He also holds several licenses and certifications related to plumbing infrastructure and water quality rules and regulations. He is knowledgeable in preliminary plan review, mid term inspection, project coordination and final occupancy review and inspection processes for city projects. He has knowledge and direct experience in minor and major subdivision processes.
His knowledge, background and skills have proven to be very beneficial in finding quality safe homes.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Kendra and dog Kimber. He loves to snowmobile, go razor riding and work in his shop whenever he can. His love for the outdoors has taken him on many adventures and has allowed him the opportunity to get to know Helena and its outlying areas very well.
Above all he loves helping people with anything they need. He will go to work for you and always keep your best interest at the forefront.
