As a lifelong resident of the Twin Cities Minnesota area, Steve Wietecki has watched the area grow from farm fields to housing and business development over the years. With over 31 years’ experience, Steve has built a successful career as a Realtor and a Corporate Real Estate Sourcing Professional. He's been responsible for the negotiating over $500M in corporate service contracts for fortune 200 companies here in Minnesota & around the US.
He prides himself on his strong negotiation skills and his commitment to customer service and stays focused on those qualities when helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, whether it be buying, selling or just looking for information about Real Estate.
With his wife Lori, and children Thomas and Christopher, they traveled the United States visiting close to 40 of the 50 states over the years. As his children are now grown and living on their own, in Montana and Utah, Steve and Lori’s travels have been focused on the western Mountain states and visiting their kids and grandchildren. While back in Minnesota, Steve and Lori spend their time of the lakes of Minnesota and Wisconsin in search of memorable fishing experiences.
